Default 4.2.2 Rootkeeper?

So I was wondering what I should do, Im running 4.2.2 on my ATT moto X and would like to know what people on here advise.

Im not rooted yet but want to to it soon so I can install Greenify

My question is: If I root on 4.2.2 (running moto x camera 3.0.211) can I do someting like OTA rootkeeper and then OTA update to preserve root?

If you read the threads on how to root our phones, you'd have your answer.
