My Moto x alerted me of new firmware update this morning but I didn't see a change log or can find any info on this. Phone still shows 4.4 so not sure what this firmware update was.

Any ideas?

Have you rooted, installed custom recovery or changed any system files at all? It won't update if so.

Not modified in any way, I'm using with prepaid att plan. I haven't read anything about new updates either.

My ATT Moto X also had two random shutdowns last night and this morning...but nothing has been changed, as far as I can tell.
