Can someone clarify what the bootloader identity is for 4.4 VS 4.4.2?

I think 4.4 is 30.B2......right?

I only ask, because after unlocking the att bootloader I flashed (via twrp) another 4.4.2 ROM

Will that change the BL version?
Or can I rsd back to 4.2.2 and go through the OTA update for att then go back and flash twrp and root?

If you are on the 4.4.2 bootloader and flash back and ota, your phone could brick.
