[Q]How to extract partitions?

I am on v4.4.3 and i need system.img, boot.img and recovery.img to unroot it to update to 4.4.4 by OTA.
I've searched for a SBF img of 4.4.3 for moto x and i can'f find it. How can i extract these img from a stock 4.4.3 rom installed on a device?

Only T-Mobile has released a 4.4.3 sbf
