Default [Q] How to upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4.2

Hi everyone,

I am a newbee and I would like to upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4.2
I have an engineering version installed on my phone so it does not update automatically.

Can any one guide me to related forum pages? What to install and how to do it from zero?

I have no idea what an engineering version means, but you need your models 4.4.2 image files, assuming they are available, and you use fast boot/mfastboot to flash the image files.

Here's a guide. See return to stock section.

Engineering version is the version that motorola engineers use during testing in house.

There were threads about upgrading from 4.3 to 4.4 when the first 4.4. updates started rolling out.

Take a look at this one -> it should have info on getting back to "stock" as it continues on discussing 4.4 that comes out.
