Question [Q] Is this the Moto X variant I should buy?

So I'm in for buying a Moto X. One little problem is that I live in Europe. My carrier is T-Mobile NL.
The LTE bands of T-Mobile NL are: band 3 and 7
The UMTS frequencies of T-Mobile NL are: 900/1800/2100.
And according to the Wikipedia page of the Moto X, the AT&T variant(XT1058) supports LTE band 7 and UMTS frequency 900/2100.

So will LTE and UMTS work on my carrier?
Is the AT&T sim unlockable/bootloader unlockable/rootable/customromable?
And am I better of buying the Dev Unlocked GSM variant?

HTC HD2: CM 10.1
HTC Legend: Stock rooted S-ON
Asus Transformer TF101: Android Revolution HD 3.5.1

I'd say you're better off buying a Rogers Canada XT1058 - they are woven black or white and 16gb only but they can be bootloader unlocked, sim unlocked for 8 dollars or less and they support LTE band 7. No branding in firmware or hardware.
It is easy to install the dev edition firmware once you unlock the bootloader.

The AT&T Moto X unofficially supports band 7 LTE but it can't be bootloader unlocked and includes bloatware in the firmware and is branded on the back of the phone with a AT&T logo. They are simlocked but can be unlocked most of the time(some people have had problems)

The GSM dev edition is a great phone but doesn't support band 7 LTE. It can have the bootloader unlocked without voiding warranty and is sim unlocked from factory.

Well than why wouldn't I get the Rogers version?
I've found a site where it's being sold. But it says that it's unlocked, does that mean that it's bootloader unlocked or sim unlocked?

They mean that it is sim unlocked. The price does seem a little high though. I'd be aiming to pay $400 USD or less for one. There are lots for sale locally to me on craigslist for great prices but most people won't be interested in shipping them.
I sold an as new one that was sim unlocked for $330.00 USD a few weeks back.

Ow LOL I hadn't seen the price on the site haha...
But thank you for your advice and I'll probably end up buying one from eBay.
