Default [Q] Mac address Moto X

Hi, I have a Moto x, and would like to know: can I change the mac address of the device permanently? I want to change the address as fast as possible, it is urgent

You can't. The MAC address is written permanently into NVRAM, unlike some other devices where it is stored in /persist.

FUD. There is no legal restriction, at least in the United States, to changing your MAC address.

Edit: removed my comment about ifconfig. Apparently moto X hides the interfaces from normal system admin tools (at least those from busybox).

BTW, It would be unwise to try to change the MAC address of the interfaces associated with the CDMA/GSM/LTE radios.
