Default Possible to downgrade from 4.4?

I'm having significantly worse battery life on 4.4 than I was before I took the OTA. I have r/w but the bootloader is locked. Is there a way to downgrade? I'm not worried about apps/data so if I have to wipe it that's fine.

TMO MotoX doesn't support Chinese language. Thanks for your help.
