Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the verizon moto x factory Sim unlocked? Shouldn't I be able to use att, straight talk, or T-Mobile Sim?

Im about to order a Straight Talk AT&T sim + first month.. for SURE this works fine on a verizon moto x?
Do you have to manually input APN settings, or does it just work after you pop the SIM card?
Thank you.
