The proper solution in the future is to buy a GSM phone without very specific ties to a provider, not a CDMA phone that also supports GSM for roaming purposes. Keep in mind Verizon has no interest in people wanting to use the phone on anything but the Verizon network, they could care less if it works for you if you're not a Verizon customer.

hahhaha , will help u . the values fo RSRP & RSRQ are extreme this suggest that their is no signal strength , signal is not present.
the ideal range for this values is defined 3GPP TS 36.214 . plz check it .
