Default [Q] Motorola Defy - how to remove cyanogen mod?

Recently I've wanted to remove cyanogen mod. I've found this : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2176753

But, the problem is that the cyonagen mod gave the phone 4.1.2. If I use these files to flash back to stock: http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=27 , they are all 2.x.x.

What I'm worried is that this is downgrading the phone so will I brick the phone if i flash it using those files?

Also will flashing back to stock automatically remove Cyanogen mod?

Thanks.

No problems there. You can downgrade from 4.1 to 2.2. But, if you flash the 2.3.6 Defy+ SBF or any BL7 SBF, it won't be possible to downgrade to 2.2. Basically once you go a higher official Motorola android version (upto 2.3.6, which is official), you can't downgrade to a lower version.
