Yes, you shouldn't run into any problems with it. I've been running it for several days now.

flashed the odexed and i can say it runs flawlessly.

The new radio is not included. You'll need to flash it separately if you want the new one.

In general, radios are not tied to a specific ROM. Feel free to flash it before or after (or not at all).

Is this Stock Android ROM identical to the look on Nexus 5 with Google Now, transperancy and all other perks? Or is this like the stock Nexus 4 on 4.4.2? Was using the Nexus 5 Port/Experience ROM and looking to maintain similar look/feel. Thanks.

This is stock, so not the Nexus 5 port. You can download the Google Now Launcher from the Play store, though, for several of those features.
