- screen colors seems to be better (could be placebo)
- Jack sound output seems to be louder
- auto-brightness now actually works very well and I do not need to set brightness manually anymore

Only joking, but personally I think the difference between 421 and 422 quality is a large one. Not so much colour wise, but clarity is much better, like the fog has been lifted.

I'm getting an error whenever I download/update anything from the Play store after the 4.2.2 update, anyone else get this?

I had the same error. I cleared the app data and cache for the Play Store application and the Google Services Framework process. I then rebooted and it all worked fine.

I thought my phone was doing well after the update.. But after updating and factory resetting, its much better! Its amazing how much slower my phone got over the course of a month of moderate usage.
