Nexus 4 on idle time.... Kinda
So i continued my day and my douche friends woke up at as always we started texting like crazy. more emails came in and i had to call a client for a couple of minutes.

So... down to 80%. Results:

9 hr 10min on 20% battery.
Aditionaly i leave for lunch to a local restaurant for about an hour and no more wifi, so thats 1 hour on hspa+, which as you can see jumps to 3g from now and then.
27 min of screen time.
12 min 43s of voice calls.

At this point i will consider this as "average usage" and i will now proyect battery five-fold to see theoretical numbers:

100-0% 45 hrs (1.9 days)
2 hrs 20 min of screen time
Wifi on with a bit of Data time
1 hour of voice calls
Lots of texting included with those 2 hours 20 of screen time

So its 1:12 in the afternoon. if i do go to do field work and take piictures then i will not be able to continue every 10%. otherwise i may post more as time passes by.

For now, this is my usage as of 20% in 9 hours of battery, everything stock. Hope this helps.

The battery is not fantastic for sure but I can live with it. Echoing everyone's' hope that 4.2.2 fixes some.

Hi,

I'm an Paranoid Android 3.00 with nova launcher and it is so freaking awesome! I love the possbility to customize every detail, this makes it really unique.

This is my realistic battery profile from 100% to 10% I mostly listened to music and browsed the web and mail... I think it is ok, I need to load it about every 24 Hours - when using it quite a bit.

Nexus 4 on idle time.... Kinda Less
Continuing my day, here the update:

down to 70%

11h 2min on battery
47 min on screen
wifi, LOTS of messaging and emails. google updates for 2 apps

so furthermore new proyections for full discharge. 70% would be 3.33-fold multiplier

100-0% 36.63 hours (1.53 days)
2 hours 35 min on screen time
Wifi on with a bit of Data time
1 hour of voice calls
Lots of texting included with those 2 hours 35 of screen time

As percentages drop by, the proyection start to converge on real life usage and real battery drain.

More updates to come.

I'm on
Stock ROM
Franco kernel r71,rooted

Been getting 4-4 half hours screen time a day when mainly browsing, bit of temple run and a few forum apps.I've had the brightness set to the half moon on the utilities widget(about30-40%) and am pretty sure the kernel is getting me better OST than the stock one.
Tooj pictures but don't think I can post em yet cos I'm a noob to this forum

Battery drain continues to be quite poor without WiFi. This is with a fair number of applications syncing in the background. Drain was about 5% an hour overnight with no active usage. The fourth image shows change in battery drain when changing from WiFi to HSPA with effectively no active usage or screen on time.

Edit: Save for the fourth image, these are from 4.2.2

hi there.
i think i got a problem with my battery endurance.
it's on screen time lasts ~2h 20 mins pretending on what i do. on the attached screenshots you can see. i used wifi and most of the time whatsapp.
brightness is set to automatic. gps, bluetooth and mobile data are turned off. sync is just enabled to sync chrome bookmarks.
i'm using aokp_mako_jb-mr1-build-1 and franco-kernel r50.

do you have any suggestions? i dont think this on screen time is ordinary.

if there is another thread where i should post this or if you need some more informations, please let me know!
sorry for my bad english, i did the best i could.
