I doubt you wont get it. As you are using Xposed. yes it changes some files.

You need to go back to stock completely. (stock rom,kernel,recovery.)

i have one more querry...i didn't flashed any rom and kernel, just used towelroot app. does this install custom kernel? and is there any way to unroot my nexus 4(rooting done using towelroot only)?

No, this doesn't install a custom kernel, you have to flash it by yourself

You can unroot it if you revert all changes you did to the system and you click unroot in SuperSU (explained in OP, too!) :P

you can also use ROM Toolbox in playstore to flash any recovery

thanks for the reply
I did as u told uninstalled towel root,xposed framework and also did full unroot from supersu. Now when i change runtime to art the phone reboots but still the runtime is dalvik. Any help about this.
