Now it would be interesting to decode the rest of the numbers so we could roughly estimate the actual production counts

So, ten days is absolutely normal for the well organized logistics to deliver the product from the factory to the end-customer.

Last 6 numbers of the serial number match the last 6 numbers of the IMEI. It is incremented by 1 with each newly produced unit.
