Android screws up ID3- and filetags!

It seems to be a common problem among all Android devices/OS's starting with ICS. Special characters, or any character that Android doesn't know will be replaced by another, known character. At least it seems to me that this is what happens. I have had this problem with all of my Android devices (Moto MB525, i9000, i9001, i9300, n7000, n7005, Nexus 7 2013, Nexus 4). First I tried to solve it by simply copying the files to my internal storage instead of syncing them, since it first appeared while syncing my music library with Windows Media Player. But it didn't helped at all. There is still this problem with missing or wrong replaced characters within filenames as seen in the screenshots below.
