Default Bluetooth after /firmware and /persistent format?

So I had formatted both these partitions. Like an idiot. So even after flashing the stock images for every firmware available, paired Bluetooth devices are no longer paired after a reboot. Any help on this issue?

Ok, as I said, I tried it and it worked well (the goal is to give permanent MAC adresse to BT devices to cancel dis-pairing)

So sorry I don't get on xda quite as often as I used to. But this dedicatedly worked and helped. Thanks a whole bunch. I'm surprised that the device doesn't self generate these after a factory reset.
