Unhappy [Q] need help! i hard bricked my nexus 4

i tried to flash twrp over cwm (because i like twrp more) but it doesn't work with goomanager ect.
next step was a tutorial to flash twrp from the android terminal with super user
it was the correct image but something went wrong :/

now i cant boot my nexus
nothing works for me
cant boot in recovery

if its plugged in and i hold the power button over 10 seconds the LED begins to blink red

i think my nexus is totally dead
but maybe someone knows a solution

(sorry for my bad english)
