Default [Q] How do I flash a new custom kernel over another kernel

I am using Faux123's kernel and now I would like to try Matr1x v12 kernel.I went through http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2137912 discussion but the thing is I have multirom installed so will this discussion work for my query too? Also which are the supported tools for Undervolting? Are there any custom ROMS which can help me undervolt my Nexus 4?

Just flash it in recovery as you normally would. Clear cache and dalvik cache before rebooting.

Undervolting can be done by faux's own app or TricksterMod from the playstore.

And custom roms DO NOT play a part in undervolting. Custom kernels do
Give me a thanks if u found this post useful

Primary Device: Google Nexus 4
Rom: OMNI Rom Nightly
Kernel: Bricked Kernel

Secondary Device: HTC HD2 running Tyween's Typhoon Rom. Android GB ver. 2.3.7

A really good a2sd script for HD2

I did as advised above with the two same kernels. No problems. I prefer Mat1x as it has cherry picked the best of faux123s and has other cool pics. Get # Trickstermod donate# version to get the best out of it.

Sent by reversed alian technology.
