That doesn't fix it, I've been doing that a few times for the Dalvik and Bionic optimizations, and this Android OS bug has persisted through a clean format and install from 4.3 to 4.4 as well.

BTW, is there any chance to restar stock battery monitor or I have to charge phone to 100%?

Today again, same problem.

@luiseteyo

I turned off sync
I deinstalled FB
LightFlow make just 5 wakeups

But Android OS is still consuming battery.
