Phone From KitKat to JellyBean

Hi guys, I just recently(like 3 days ago) got a Nexus 4. My cousin had installed the stock 4.4.2 Kitkat, and then I flashed Purity Rom(Latest 4.4.2).
After a while I read about SlimBean(4.3) and decided to download and try. I flashed it with CWM and all was well, except Wifi wasn't turning on and the Dialer app took about 10 seconds to select a number, also I couldn't pickup a call because it was really, really laggy. So now I'm back on Purity and currently downloading Paranoid Android 3.99RC2. Should there be any steps/methods I should follow? I am on .98 Baseband, thanks!

A full wipe is a must! Other than that you should be good to go! In my opinion, I would stick with Purity for now. I heard that Pa 4 is right around the corner tho.

If you downgrade to Jellybean 4.3 then you also need to flash 0.84 radio because KitKat radios (0.97 and 0.98) will have wifi issues with JB ROM's.
