Default Migrate from Kitkat stock to MIUI without data loss.

As the title says, is there any way for me to migrate to miui from stock 4.4.3 without any kind of data loss?

A detailed reply would be beneficial.
Regards

You can backup your data from your sdcard and do a nandroid backup, but this will not work with different roms. At least this is my experience. I went from miui to cyanogenmod and it wont accept my backup.

But try titaniumbackup instead if you have rooted your device.

I would try but I don't want to risk losing everything.

Thats totally okay. Do you just want to backup your sdcard storage or the app data? You can restore your app data with titanium backup, but you have to install all your apps manually.
When switching between different roms, backup app datas doesnt make that much sense though
