[Q] Problems restoring to 4.4.2 stock

I followed a tutorial on going back to stock on android central

but I'm stuck at the boot animation. Any help?

give me the exact steps you made to get to stock.
usually this:
-get the stock images from google
-extract them
-run the flash all file
-reboot

or manually flash the (which i prefer):
-fastboot flash boot boot.img
-fastboot flash..... you got the point

If stuck at bootanimation, just use adb to reboot into recovery (adb reboot recovery) and clear cache. Simple. Is using TWRP, it's self explanatory, on stock recovery, hold power and press volume+. Then select clear cache. Reboot.

For best results though, follow efrant's guide to flash factory image.

reboot to bootloader.do fastboot format cache and fastboot format userdata.
then wait up to 20mins
