[Q] Rom manager Problem (Backup)

Hi everyone i searched but i didn't find a solution to my problem

(i wanted to format my internal sdcard because it had a lot of stuff from old aplications etc) so I made a backup, then downloaded to my computer, after that i Formated my sdcard

now i instaled rom manager, i puted my backupp on sdcard again but rom manager can't find it, how do i do?

Cwm backups up in /mnt/shell/emulated/clockworkmod. If you only backed up /sdcard you may be hosed.

sorry the dumb question but i cant find that location, how do i do to get there?

I already rooted my phone and i have the dirty unicorns rom

but i can see the directory you said to me on room manager options, but with the root explorer i can't go there or find

EDIT: that backup you see on screenshot is not the one i want to restore, but other that i made after format to search for the file on root explorer so i can put the other on that folder, bit i didn't found it

If you didn't backup /mnt/shell/emulated/clockworkmod before you formatted the sdcard you're not going to find it now. You're screwed

Problem solved, i was using an Explorer and not a root one, and i couldn't put the backup file in a .zip but the folder
