If you do know if you have adb installed on you're p.c then you haven't ?
Its part of the android sdk tools and will have to be downloaded and installed on you're p.c.
you can then run commands after installing it from the tools folder.
Just Google (Android SDK) and maybe watch a few YouTube videos then follow some of the excellent guides on here.
