Unhappy [Q] Stuck at recovery!!! Please Help!

Today, I have tried updated my Nexus 4 to cm-11-20131205-SNAPSHOT-M1-mako.zip, but it apparently could not be flashed, so it ended up failing. Now, whenever I reboot my phone, it just ends up on my TWRP recovery screen. Please help me solve this urgent problem!!!

Could someone teach me the steps to use the ADB sideload that you guys are talking about? Sorry, I'm not that tech savvy, and need some help :/. Does the ADB require the device to connect to a computer? If it does that may be a problem because my device doesn't appear when I connect it to a computer.
