Default [Q] Titanium Backoup won't allow root access even when rooted

I checked Root Checker and it says my phone is rooted, but Titanium Backup isn't getting any root permissions. Any help? On CWM, it says fix root when rebooting but that doesn't work. I changed my recovery to TWRP through recovery tools.

What's the Superuser app do you have installed?

Sent from my Nexus 7 (2013)
Blackberry Bold 9780 OS 7
HTC G2 (Desire Z) 4.4.2
LG Nexus 4 4.4.2
Asus Nexus 7 (2013) 4.4.2

Don't forget to hit the Thanks button if I helped in any way!
