Default [Q] TWRP says "incorrect password" (Encrypted phone)

I wanted to flash a new rom to my phone but TWRP says "incorrect password" (my phone is encrypted). I can boot the device with the same password without problem. Anyone that knows how i can flash a new rom and remove the encryption sense I want to be able to use recovery?
