if you want it badly, root it and install custom kernel.
at least it do helps, a bit

I rooted my phone and installed custom kernel. I just asked if it's possible to do that.

You can try batteryguru from play store.
It has this option.

battery saving
You can try a Rom with the battery saving feature, im running Nexus 5 experience rom CM 11 and it has the option to enable battery saving. It just reduces CPU when screen is off. Other Roms have even more options such as turning off Location when screen is off.

F2fs only increases I/o speed, if you even notice it at all.
