Hi everyone,

Today I dropped my Nexus 4 and the screen is cracked and completely unresponsive. The software is working fine, I'm just unable to use it because the touch screen doesn't work, only the volume and power buttons.

This is a stock Nexus 4 upgraded to Android 4.4. No custom ROM or recovery mode.

Also, the device doesn't automatically mount the filesystem when I plug it to my computer using the USB cable.

I've been trying to recover my photos and other files from the phone without success. The only thing I can do with the phone is boot in fastboot mode and enter the recovery mode. I can't make ADB recognize the phone except when I select the 'apply update from ADB' option, but then the only ADB command I can use is sideload.

Any ideas of what can I do to get my files back.

Thanks in advance.
