[Q] Using Tasker to screen on when I get a notification?

I want the screen to turn on when I get a kik notification, and it is not built in to the app itself. Is there any way to use tasker or any other app to accomplish this?

I use Peek Pro, works pretty well, the only problem is, if you wanna wake the phone only when you get a kik notification, you will have to blacklist all other apps

Also if you are on lollipop you could flash modified framework, with Ambient display enabled
