It's the PA version number, not a price. But you can donate that much to him if you'd like to think of it as a price.

is it possible i could beta test this? i just tried to flash CM10 and it wont boot so i'd love to go straight to PA ive heard about it and want to try it for the first time :P

Getting my N4 today, I'd love to test this. I've heard many good things about PA, but could never get data/wifi working on my RAZR.
