Once I apply it, synapse will not start as it keeps force closing?
Thanks so much!

It happens on both, very weird as I was able to apply mine after a rom upgrade.

Steps to use it:

Download the file;
Copy it to /etc/init.d/ (overwrite the existing one)
Refresh the folder;
Change permissions to 775

If you to change something, you can use Synapse. Idk if previous Synapse data can interfere, so clear synapse data before reboot.

Before reboot, no changes will be made.

Driving me crazy. I tried again, downloaded your script, put it in init.d, changed to 775, cleared synapse data and reboot. Just gets stuck at google boot screen. I need to restore nandroid! So weird.

I'm driven crazy now! hahahahah

Again? Man... it shouldn't be a cause of bootloop =/

I don't want to bother, but have you tried to open the file? If won't be too much, could I ask you to open the file, copy all, open the /etc/init.d/ one, select all, erase it and paste? This way, you don't need to change permissions... see if it works =P

I agree, it should NOT cause a boot loop. I will give your idea a shot. Not sure if I have time today but will let you know once I do it!

Alright, I've gotten permission from everyone I wanted for hosting their work on makostuff. I am still waiting to hear back from @Chainfire.

Only one said no, so I still need recommendations for a good GApps package besides PA.

I just need a little time. I have some days off coming up and I'm sure I'll get bored, so I should have the thread up soon.

Please give recommendations on what section I should create the thread in.
General, Help/Q&A, Theming and Apps?
