Clear supersu data, uninstall, and reflash latest version. Clear faux clock data, uninstall, and reinstall latest version. Overclocking is working just fine for me. If there's still trouble rescind fauxclock permissions and give it back again.

There's some type of issue with busybox and SuperSU that's causing problems with a few apps(including fauxclock). I skimmed it earlier but didn't really pay attention since it's not affecting me.

Today busy box updated and all problem gone everything is fine. Thx faux kernel is great.
