Default [Request] Translucent SystemUI for all Apps

I know its a little bit too much but I think its really good having translucent on all our apps

i dont know how apps and that TransculentUI works ang triggered, but I do know its inside the apps, i think Xposed would really a great tool for it to work...

I asked many times on XPOSED, GravityBox and Request modules threads but with no success. I think we have to wait until devs will make their apps translucent.

But if you have translucent bar on every app, what will be under the nav and star bar ? The wallpaper, a white space ?
If the dev of the app don't put anything to show, i don't think it's possible to have a mod
