I have couple of questions to those who already got it. Basically, here's the scoop. I switched my account over to Verizon (3 lines). Rep really messed up by promising stuff they couldn't deliver on and as a result we ended up getting super good deal. I 30gb of web for $230/mo along with first bill covered + $550 credit by month 3. That's including 3 financed phones (2xiPhone 6+ and Droid Turbo). Now, I really am not liking the 6+ and I have two more days to go back to T-Mobile. The Droid Turbo does not have VZW new Vocie 1.0 thing with Voice + Data at the same time and Voice quality on it is terrible when compared to T-Mobile HD Voice, or even iPhones. So I am definitely wanting a Nexus 6 device. I could get it from T-Mobile and use on Verizon or use it on T-Mobile. Both carriers have really good service for the most part here (Atlanta). Verizon does have killer speeds in some cases, but T-Mobile seems more consistent. Now, I do go to DC sometimes but it is rare for me to have issues there on T-Mobile.
So, given how crappy voice quality is on Verizon without new Voice 1.0, I am assuming I will have same issues with the nexus 6? I already know that it does not have Voice + Data, but do you think it ever will? I have read that all Nexus 6 units are identical, so if Verizon releases Nexus 6 and pushes the Voice + Data update to it, will the version purchased through T-Mobile get it?
Also, as far as using it on T-Mobile. I went to the store to play with a demo today and it was on LTE. When I make a call it switches to 4G, is that always the case? I know that when I had iPhone 5s on T-Mobile it did that but the iPhone 6 kept LTE during a call.
Thanks!
