I have this problem too (clean install coming from a different ROM). Any ideas what this is?

I deleted my gmail account and re-added it and now things are working.

Do you know my old red boot logo from 4.1.2? If not, I could upload it. Would be great if you could combine the red one, with the one with hellybean in the circle

Try dev options.... Advanced power menu or something like that... To get to dev op make sure u tap build # 7 times....hope that helps
