Exuse me but quadrant is bulls**t for testing. :P use antutu only (its the best for cpu, ram and graphics).

hi, to review the whole topic:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=1507

to sum up, regardless of the rom,
Kernel not sending mms (in my case) are: Air, Matrix, Anidroid
Kernel sending mms (in my case) are: stock 3.0.8, terry simple 1.20, all trinity, glados 2.11, INK 1.x, KalimochoAz CM v5/6

in my modest opinion, an hypotesis can be that everything evolved from 3.0.8 sends mms.

I'm using black cm9 from brain Master and mms works fine with this kernel or trinity

yep: stock 4.0.4, BM 4.0.4, CyberGR v10, Miui 2.4.6, AOSP 2.0, etc...

in case mms settings were not fine, i would have no chance with other kernels, would i?

in Gb never had problems too.
