It doesn't happen every time, I'm nearly sure it has the same problem but you still didn't see it.
After all, you can't expect a perfect behavior when you add code (the thalamus' hack) which says "ok... there's not enough memory... but let's pretend that it needs less memory than the requested amount...". You're definitely going to break something.

ok here is the kernel only no boot.img ...mean I unzip the boot.img and take the kernel not the ramdisk of rom. so u can flash on any rom

the zip is from marmite kernel
