BLN and BLD are enabled by default so BLN Control and NSTools aren't necessary. I don't recommend using NSTools as your min CPU freq will be stuck at 200mhz. Long story short, google added some code to the kernel to limit the min CPU freq to 200mhz while the GPU is active, and NSTools has problems with this. At 100mhz, the bus and GPU scale down to half speed, so for battery's sake you'll want min CPU freq to be 100mhz (which is the default). So either uninstall NSTools or disable the 'Set on Boot' setting. I don't think you need a tool to set just one setting anyway.
