Just take a look at the description of this kernel in the first post:

Notes:
BLN and BLD are enabled by default so BLN Control and NSTools aren't necessary. I don't recommend using NSTools as your min CPU freq will be stuck at 200mhz. Long story short, google added some code to the kernel to limit the min CPU freq to 200mhz while the GPU is active, and NSTools has problems with this. At 100mhz, the bus and GPU scale down to half speed, so for battery's sake you'll want min CPU freq to be 100mhz (which is the default). So either uninstall NSTools or disable the 'Set on Boot' setting. I don't think you need a tool to set just one setting anyway. See http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=1159 for more detailed explanation.

hmm ... if it's an answer to me, i let you know that it is the only kernel i've just tried that conflicts with nstools that way. that's why i asked whether it is a part of the concept. (if so, it's quite pointless, anyway)

I think this kernel is not for anyone trying to set the voltage

NS Tools is the problem.. It has problems implementing the 100mhz min on many kernels. I use the script method to adjust bln and bld, and have no issues with setting min at 100.

thx for the answers ! i wouldn't mind to go on the scripting way but i don't know how to set the cpu by scripting. i mean governor, scheduler, frequencies, aso. i can't find it in the OP, so, would anyone explain it as well ?
what exactly do i need for flawless scripting. i know; "install busybox". i tried but it didn't work. please give exact details for a noob

No way to enable that via script ?
I don't want to install one app running at the background just for bln

It indeed does work for missed calls via script...apparently by default, as mine has been since Simple Kernel v1.0.
