Default [REF] Complete /system, kernel and initramfs dumps

Hi there
Here are the much awaited dumps from the Nexus S, with Gingerbread.

Credits to <k0mpresd> on IRC #NSdev for the /system dump.

Apparently the cyanogen guys are working on porting this to the SGS before they continue with work on cyanogen itself, and then will upgrade to v7 cyanogen using the new AOSP base.
