Perhaps read the sticky and reflash in the order recommended. When all works well for so many one has to suspect the setup method used. I don't mean to make work for you but that's the solution. I have set this out step by step a few pages back: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...63437&page=261

I installed 2.00 and i find it astonishing!

Only issue: when i am incall, display turns off, if i put face far then display turns on, then off with face near speaker, then again if i put my face far from display it remains dark and never turns on again.

I switched off all proximity sensors, but it didn't solve.

Using Glados 2.11, DI on, lazy/noop or ondemand/deadline, 100/1000, no overclock, dim on, bln on.

Any hint?

Thanks.

Try pressing the PWR switch quickly when the call has ended. I had the same issue with a Nexus One at one stage.

You might be mistaken, your SD card is where you keep all your files. Wiping that doesn't do any good and you will lose everything, like files and pictures.

You really need to wipe data, system, cache, and dalvik.

}{ Nexus S }{ 4.0.4 }{ Tapatalk 2 }{

Valid, you're right. Wiped data, system, cache, dalvik... went ahead and wiped sdcard for good measure as well.

I tried to manually create an init.d folder but it didn't work. I tried to set the permission but nothin' changed.

Could you give me a detailed example to do this?

I think it's an older version of this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...=search_result
But I'm not sure about it since I've installed it manually (or restored with Titanium Backup).

Plus another interesting file manager is:

=)
