Do you mean from a file? I don't think so. That seems to be something only htc puts in their phones. Qpst or cdma workshop might do the job.

I wish there was a way to change the vocoder for aosp roms on the sprint network. If there is can anyone please instruct?

for faster access.. use the Any Cut app to create shortcuts to whatever hidden menus you use the most. gpsclear, debug and usb modem are the 3 i use the most personally.
