It's no problem. Just noticed I have two #5s. After you download and extract the six binaries from Google, the directory should look like this:
vendor/nxp
vendor/nxp/crespo
vendor/nxp/crespo/device-crespo.mk
vendor/nxp/crespo/proprietary
vendor/nxp/crespo/proprietary/libpn544_fw.so
vendor/nxp/crespo/BoardConfigCrespo.mk
...

When you sync again in the future, it will refuse to sync any changes in the files you have edit. It will tell you that you need to save your work first.

Aha, that means I should run *.sh....

Yup.

I uploaded a build for crespo. You can compare it when you have it built. It is untested since I do not have access to the phone.

Fix for not being able to start Google Text-to-Speech:

Download the gapps from here. Extract and copy system/lib/libspeexwrapper.so over to /system/lib/ via adb or add it to the other gapps zip and flash again.

Working with Matr1x kernel 24.0, I need my button notification lights! Gesture keyboard works too.
