Any one can make sdk build for nexus s ? is possible ?

or modify the preview factory image from nexus 5 ?

I don't think it will be possible for modifying factory image. The maximum that you will be able to do now is to install the APKs (with some modifications/hacks of course). Let the source code get released. Only then will anybody be able to build it for Nexus S.

It's too early to even think of Nexus S and Android L together.
