Default [Q] What apps can be removed safe?

Hoi,

Since my Nexus S has broken pins on the sim reader, i only use it like an ipod touch.
My question is, what system apps can i remove safely? (Like no need for phone, messages) and how to do it? (Rom Cleaner v4.0?/Titanium Backup?)

Thanks
