Long press where you want streetview, tap the popup and then the icon to the right, the one looking like a person.

I have the same problem. After I added a Google Apps account, it automatically added Device Policy app as system/stock app, and now I cannot delete it anymore... Just disable.

i have never used Google Apps Device Policy, so I have nothing in Device Administrators to remove. And I can't remove the app. Why is this now a system app on my phone?

The fix!
admin.google.com > Device Management > Setup > Mobile Management
Switch to Disable
