[Q] Need to root my nexus s

Hello,
i have nexus S and it is with android 4.1.2 in lock state..

i need to degrade my android OS to 4.0.0 ICS or GB .

i Have all tools for that however my phone is not detected in fast boot.
i used lots of driver for the same form internet but not working ...i have attach my device manager photo.

my PC is with Win Xp SP3

help me on this.
