Fix Screen Flickering in CM11 M8 for HD+

It fixes the screen flickering reported in the last few pages of the [Nook HD/HD+] EMMC CM11 install - updated 01/18 thread, by permanently enabling the Disable HW Overlays check box in Developer options. I think everyone knows about the hw overlay, but not how to permanently enable (disable?) it.

Copy the attached script into the /etc/init.d/ folder, set the permissions to rwx r-x r-x, and reboot.

Worked great on my HD+, and haven't noticed any appreciable decrease in battery life. Only been using it for a few days tho, so time will tell.

All thanks to @sgatechwork for the script and @verygreen for making a whole bunch of Nooks awesome.

Oh, and woulda posted this in the dev thread where all the discussion is, but I'm too much of a noob to post there yet.
